Online Resources: Access is offered to a variety of resources that have been previously evaluated and identified to address various issues related to physical and mental health. You can access the resources through the following links:

Some Activities That You Can Request:
Grab a Lunch with your Counselor: Make an appointment with your Counselor for a Lunch and Learn about health topics including stress, anxiety, depression, and more.
Just Read About It: The Counseling Office gives you the opportunity to read about a topic that interests you and then you can discuss it with the Counselor.
We can Find it For You: Your Counselor and all the Staff of Professional University will work to provide you with the resources you need. Just let us know what you need and we will work on it.
